1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and sportph ("sportph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the sportph website located at sportph.org and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the sportph registration process, accessing the sportph Login page, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

sportph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the sportph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations applicable to casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of sportph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the sportph Platform or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

By using sportph, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. If sportph determines at any time that you do not meet these requirements, your account may be suspended or permanently closed and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games on sportph, you must create a registered account through the official sportph registration process. The following rules apply to all sportph accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one sportph account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• KYC verification: sportph is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You must submit valid Philippine government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID) when requested.
• Account non-transferability: Your sportph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Minors: If sportph discovers that an account has been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the payment source after deducting any applicable processing fees.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your sportph Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

• You must not share your sportph Login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your sportph account.
• You must notify sportph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• sportph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security.
• sportph will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

sportph shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your sportph Login credentials, or from your sharing of credentials with third parties.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sportph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards. Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted on sportph.
• Minimum deposit: ₱100 or as otherwise specified on the sportph cashier page.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the sportph cashier page, subject to completion of KYC verification. sportph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal to source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the capabilities of the relevant payment provider.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. sportph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Suspicious transactions: sportph reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or in violation of applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

sportph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all sportph bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. sportph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• sportph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the associated account(s) may be permanently closed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds (subject to meeting wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the sportph Platform — including live casino games at sportph Casino, slot machines, bingo, and fishing arcade games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game on sportph, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• All sportph games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer formats with physical cards, wheels, and equipment. Game outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by sportph or any third party.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account. sportph's decision in such matters is final.
• sportph reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably believes was affected by a technical error, software bug, or any form of cheating or collusion.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage on sportph is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sportph Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one sportph account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the sportph Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the sportph Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your sportph account.
• Accessing the sportph Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your sportph account.

sportph reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or forfeit any balances associated with such accounts pending investigation.

9. Responsible Gaming

sportph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all sportph accounts:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their sportph account at any time via account settings.
• Session time limits: Players may set session time reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion via the sportph support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the sportph Platform — including but not limited to the sportph brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of sportph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any sport ph Platform content without the prior written consent of sportph.
• The sportph name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of sportph. Unauthorized use of any sportph trademark is strictly prohibited.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the sportph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sportph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the sportph Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the sportph Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond sportph's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the sportph Platform.
• Game outcomes, including losses incurred during normal gameplay.

sportph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sportph account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

sportph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if sportph reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to sportph, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.
• You have requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions.

Upon termination for cause, sportph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not associated with bonus abuse or prohibited conduct will be returned to you after the investigation is concluded, subject to applicable fees and regulatory requirements.

You may close your sportph account at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification.

13. Amendments

sportph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, sportph will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the sportph Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and sportph, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause limits sportph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
